The Technical University of Dresden, a partner in the TREASORES project, recently published results that are important to improving the manufacturability of transparent flexible electrodes made from silver nanowire networks. The peer-reviewed paper in Organic Electronics discusses a method of improving the conductivity of silver nanowire electrodes using only low-temperature processes Рi.e fully compatible with plastic substrates and barrier layers. The team at Dresden went on to show that the new technique led to efficient solar cells without the previously used temperature annealing step for the nanowire electrode network.

Cheaper Devices

The TREASORES project will allow cheaper fabrication of organic electronics, and so more affordable consumer devices.

Flexible Devices

The technology developed by TREASORES will allow devices to be flexible.

Better Devices!

TREASORES will create more efficient solar cells and light sources.
